Who are we solving this for

  • The small minority who are really concerned about what they eat as well as for the smaller minority who is concerned about the effect of food production on larger eco system = the water, the air, the land, the microbe, the animal, the people producing it etc
  • The minority which today has to depend on third party trust proxies – like brands, certification etc or personal reference chain
  • The minority for whom this buying process becomes very costly or very time consuming or both
  • The still smaller minority, who had taken the plunge to produce such holistic food, who after taking the plunge, find the water is too turbulent to swim, who either just give up and drown, or take the conventional boat

What will we solve

  • We take out need of third party trust proxies, which typically is 30% of the price
  • We take out need of creating sales marketing channel, which typical is another 30% of price
  • Thus not only reducing the price, but also taking away the non value added effort from producers

How we intent to do it

  • By providing, uncorrelated data of farm to fork ecosystem
    • we get self report longitudinal data from seed plating to produce dispatch
    • We get longitudinal data from IOT on the fields
    • We get longitudinal data form the volunteers working on these fields
    • We get longitudinal data from the customers buying from these fields
  • By keeping the data in distributed block chain so that anyone can verify the data integrity
  • By keeping this platform monetization free

How we expect to get it off the ground

  • The founders are committing 50% of the money needed to get it off the ground for the next 2 years
  • They expect to raise another 50% from other sources who find value in the project

How we expect to sustain this

  • We think, if Nayasa is able to reach anywhere near its objective of making truth directly visible, people using it will find value in donating money to keep it alive, else it should dies as is the dictate of evolution
  • We expect to move to a DAO model from a founder driven model , as we want this project be for the people and by the people in letter and spirit not by representation

Whom are we looking for

  • Individual who are or intent to produce holistic food in and around Telangana
  • Researchers who would like to do action research around topics, like xenohormesis, symbiotic farms
  • Individual who care about the ethos Nayasa stands for and have the acumen to build strategy to reach out to the small minority to whom such an intiative makes sense
  • Start-ups who are making cutting edge tech for agri farms like sensors, IoT imaging devices
  • Start-ups which do image processing in agri context like to calculate bio diversity, crop quality etc
